My stay at Doubletree By Hilton Toronto Airport had its ups and downs. The hotel is conveniently located near the airport and I was greeted with friendly staff who handed me a warm chocolate chip cookie upon arrival. However, I did experience several frustrating issues with the facilities and customer service that really took away from the experience.

I felt there was a lack of empathy during a stressful time when my daughter fell ill, and the front desk staff's response was disappointing.
